DANIEL MALANCHUK It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Dan at his home on Sunday, September 16, 2007 at the age of 57. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 39 years Joanne. His children, Michael (Belia), Kenneth (Christine) and Kelly (Robert); grandchildren, Jessica and Adam, mother-in-law Jean Woytuk; as well as numerous family and friends. MacGyver , as he was known by his family, loved a challenge. Cars, carpentry and construction were his passion and if you thought it couldn't be done he'd prove you wrong. Dan was the first in line when his kids needed a hand with his brilliant ideas and positive attitude. When there was an opportunity to share his vast knowledge, Dan eagerly took the time to teach. Even with his failing health and the tremendous and unconditional love and support of his wife, he continued to put his family first. He greatly enjoyed the time he spent with his grand-children.
